FAQ = Frequently Asked Questions

1. Returns & Exchanges:

Contact Email: info@dresselea.com. Please include your name, mailing address, phone number, and order number in all correspondence.

The merchandise must be returned in original condition. Sale items are not valid for return or exchange.

All returns must be shipped at the customer’s cost, in the original packaging. All returns will be inspected on arrival and credits or exchanges will be processed within three business days. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail. All returns must be in unused condition.

Returns: Returns may be completed within 7 days of delivery by emailing the above email address.  Returns will only be honored for Store Credit. If the required notification time period is not met,  your return will not be honored.

Exchanges: A return for exchange may be completed within 30 days of delivery by emailing the above email address. If exchanging for a different sized item of the same price or greater, Dress Elea will pay for shipping the new item to the buyer after the original item is returned. If the required notification time period is not met,  your exchange will not be honored.

2. Shipping method:

Dress Elea uses USPS for delivery: and offers standard Ground service, priority mail, and express mail for all domestic orders. Unless specifically requested, all domestic US orders will be shipped via standard standard mail and charged a flat $5.00 shipping rate.  Some promotions and offers will occasionally be available to waive shipping costs on certain orders.

International orders will be shipped via USPS Airmail. There will be additional charges for oversize or overweight items.

3. Order processing:

Once you have selected your purchase online and submitted your payment information, an email will be sent to the Dress Elea office. Merchandise that is in stock will ship within 2-7 business days and an Order Confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser. Orders not in stock will be made specifically for your order and will be considered a Special Order.

Ground shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico (only USPS).

4. Taxes/duties/refused shipments (for international shipments):

Once Dress Elea has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Dress Elea is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Dress Elea, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.
You will receive an email confirmation which will notify you of the tracking number, shipping charges and total of the purchase.
